Does anyone know how to contact "Mr Horology"

I have sent him 6 Invictas that needed to be repaired in September. Numerous emails about the status of repairs were sent. Some were replied with excuses about delays. Now, I have not had any sort of contact with him since January! I can not PM here because he is banned. Facebook page is gone. His website is gone. And no replies from emails!

What am I suppose to do now?

Contact the local police where he resides and get contact information from the investigator, they will advise you of your options. If you submit as a theft the $$$ value will state if it will be categorized as Felony Theft.

In other words things can get really ugly really fast for the perpetrator, once the police are involved they will make contact and rest assured you'll get your goods back or he'll be facing an arrest warrant __________________

Yep, I highly recommend doing this. One of his other customers had to call the local police to get him to send the watches back. __________________

He may have flown the coop now or the way it sounds that may very well have found him already, so I'd get my foot in the door now, before the door is gone with your watches. U must have his address to contact the police in the area, see if they'll give u any info. which they probably won't till u tell them the situation your in. May even take a statement over the phone if they are investigating it already and have your watches as evidence, IF thier have been any other charges filed. But find out what ever u can before, if it's not already,too late. Feel bad for all u geeks who have given watches and now know nothing but that u don't have your watches and no contact.

I agree, Police will confirm if he has a valid business license, if not that will be another charge. Request complaint to be forwarded to the IRS, ask if interstate fraud charges at the federal level can be initiated with the fed's. It can spiral out of control for him really fast.

Just be persistent and follow the complaint reports to the tee and push for theft if applicable.

I agree 100%. It would be in everyone's best interest to find a local shop for minor watch

repairs. And I'm not talking about a mall kiosk employed by some high school kid either. __________________

If this guy had so many problems in the past, how come I can't find any of that information?

I had no idea that This was going on. I'm even more surprised that Mr Horology is a part of this. Although I have only recently started posting, I have been a member of this forum for almost two years and I can remember whenever there was a post by Mr Horology it was a must read for me. This is why I am in extreme disbelief. I do hope this gets resolved and everyone gets their belongings back. Very sad to hear.
