How much does the School Bus Service cost?

There is a sliding scale of fares depending on the distance travelled.

Do you offer a sibling discount?

We offer sibling discounts that range from 15% to 25%. Please contact us to find out more.

16-19 Sixth Form Bus Pass We now offer a bus pass specifically for our pupils in Sixth Form which has been competitively priced to match local providers. Please contact us for further information.

Village Bus Stops We aim to give our families the freedom and flexibility to choose whichever bus stop they wish to use, be it close to home or en-route to elsewhere. However, there are a number of small villages in our catchment area which are unable to accommodate large numbers of vehicles. In order for our bus stops to remain safe for our pupils and the local community, some of the routes have been designed with larger ‘hubs’ where families can drop off en-route.

Our School Bus Service provides a safe, convenient and environmentally friendly means of transport for our pupils. The coaches run to and from school daily, both morning and afternoon, with a number of late coaches for pupils taking part in after school activities.

Flexible Options We offer three options on our service:

Option A

5 x Mornings, plus 5 x Afternoons or Late Buses

This option gives your child the flexibility to choose between the afternoon and late bus options on a daily basis.

Option B

5 x Mornings, plus Up to 5 Afternoons or Late Buses

This option allows you to pick your bus sessions once you have seen the ‘draft’ activities timetable that is published during the Summer Term.

Option C

5 x Mornings only This option only gives you morning sessions.

All bus sessions need to be pre-booked termly in advance.

What routes are available?

Our pupils come from far and wide so we offer routes covering a 30 mile radius.

The routes are reviewed annually and may change each year depending on pupil numbers and where our families live.

Who can use the School Bus Service?

Pupils from Year 3 upwards from King’s High, Warwick Prep and Warwick School are able to travel on the School Bus Service and each route has a number of Coach Prefects (Sixth Formers).

Late Buses If your child’s afternoon activity or match is cancelled and they are booked on a Late Bus service, then they can travel on the earlier Afternoon service on a first come, first served basis. If the Afternoon service is full then they will be able to attend Homework Club free of charge and then travel home on the Late Bus.
