Resale co-ops accounted for 495 signed contracts, showing a 11 29% decrease from May but a 5.10% rise year-over-year. Dollar volume grew 8.29% year-over-year.
Resale condos recorded 282 contracts, a 8.74% decrease from May but a 15.10%
increase year-over-year Dollar volume rose sharply, up 34.81% year-over-year.
Single-family townhouses saw a 83 33%
increase from May and a 69.23% increase year-over-year. Dollar volume also increased 123 73% from May and 151 71% increase compared to the same period last year.
