NEW MEMBERS
GREEN SQUAD 06/2020 JOIN THE RANKS At the start of the year, 28 new constables graduated from the WA Police Academy after 25 weeks of intensive training. The new constables in Green Squad 06/2020 graduated on January 14 and are now ready to confront the demands of policing, beginning with compliance checking as part of the COVID-19 Self-Quarantine Assurance Team. Commissioner of Police Chris Dawson also presented one police officer with his Certificate of Service at the ceremony, as he had dedicated more than 25 years to the WA Police Force before retiring in November last year. Another 10 officers were presented with their Commissions, following their recent promotion to the rank of Inspector.
