You might have suffered a foe, Maybe cut out low A verge of vengeance slithering, stealthily in your heart withering. Grab the negativity and kick it into darkness, The door of inspiration is true happiness.
Every soul has a haunted house. Memories are bloodcurdling as shocking as death. Walls of scars, recalls of dwindling hope, but there is a light, A light of motivation, A light of life, truth and freedom, A light millions of miles away.
Determination, drive and dedication are the ultimate secret,
One who achieves happiness, Is the one who motivates inspiration, Is the one who is being affected by inspiration.
Self-respect means people could: Cut you with lies, Weep you with insults, But you have to kick them in their faces
One who is presumptuous and offers advice or opinions beyond one's sphere of knowledge.
Isn't the world so birdbrain?
(I guess all of us have birdbrain sometimes. But I think you, instead, wanted to say barbaric-)
People just walk around insourcing, in the atrium of the people around them. How could we be so calories? So cruises?
(I don't think those words meant what you think they did... did you mean insouciantly, inattentive, callous and cruel? How did you even get 'in atrium' from inattentive?)
You ought to be more like me - benefactor. (Pretty sure that's meant to be benevolent) I always have the utopia meaninglessness(I assume that was intended to be 'utmost mindfulness'. It's almost impressive how poorly you said that.)
-to the people in need of help around me, and I place my peers under my worker's tutu for their own good.
(Your tutelage is most certainly not as worthwhile as anyone else's. That's not very 'benefactor' of you, if I do say so myself.)
But you couldn't bear to be so self-same, could you? Someone humidity like me wants no reconciliation for the virgin things I do.
(Couldn't I be selfless? I'm here correcting your outrageous word use, aren't I? One thing you certainly are not is humble. Another thing is that you've never done a virtuous thing in your life, which is why you'll never get that recognition that you so sorely desire.)
I know all about hummus' essence -
(You know nothing of me, and of my kind. We are human and are not to be put in a box of essentialism.)
- and I am of the firm belief that I am above it. I am not an egg carton, nor am I manpower unlike the rest of you more immortal folk.
(Egocentrism suits the incompetence in your eyes. It masks your inexperience and naivety. You were right though, you aren't manipulative. You have neither the guts nor brains to exert control over others.
If we are immoral, does that make you who aim to shame us with words you know not, iniquitous?)
No one is really like me. I am superior. (You are stupid.)

IInvolving four year olds to design your city may sound absurd but that is exactly what one city in America did. Boulder City in Nevada, America decided to listen to young people’s ideas to redesign a large downtown park.
In 2012, UNICEF and Growing up Boulder engaged 200 young people by visiting children in classrooms and introducing their project. Children went on field trips to decide what they liked and didn’t like about the
area. 6th grade students also researched challenges in similar areas to theirs in order to come up with new solutions.
There are many benefits to including children in the development of communal spaces
Kids think differently to adults, helping them consider new ideas. Adults think about the constraints of projects such as the time and budget available, and this can dampen creativity. However, involving children can add a colourful perspective to
The involvement of young people in regeneration can create a more inclusive urban environment.
designs. For example, one common theme between the ideas of teenagers was that they enjoy thrill seeking opportunities, and so the designers included large ziplines in their parks to cater to their needs
Children enjoy connecting with nature so with their input, we can include more green spaces in communal areas that can be beneficial for a wide range of demographics, not just young people. After all, even adults
need to take time to slow down and enjoy nature. Children are inclusive in their planning and design for living things, not just for cars and buildings. Children design spaces for movement, which can be healthy for a range of people, including older people who may not be considered in typical regeneration projects.
There have been many successful outcomes of this project. One example is improved accessibility to a creek nearby so that children can play safely. Lighting was improved so high school students can walk home safely at night. There are also separate walking and biking paths for pedestrian safety.
Overall, including children can help include many other demographics that often get left behind in regeneration to have their say. The success of this project highlights how such methods can be implemented in other cities or even countries to create a more inclusive future for all

The night as dark as a devil’s soul almost devoured the day as it struck in one fell swoop. It loomed ominously above her, and as she rested, her view on it changed because there was some sort of dark, twisted glamour attached to it; in the glistening ebony that perpetually painted the skies, uninterrupted by the stars. In the trees, majestic rulers of the forest… in the mystical clouds, a dragon’s breath, an enigma, hiding it’s treasures… and the snow, each flake a unique crystalline icicle of perfection. Maybe the labyrinth of trees wasn’t really that deceptive, maybe it was really a beauty and not a monster… and maybe Naomi would be alright after all, maybe it was just a dream. Picking up her now heated water bottle, she continued to hurry through the forest, hoping for the best but still unprepared for the worst.
The kaleidoscope of black and green was a blur of darkness as she raced through, scanning the carpet of powdered diamonds for Naomi. Her fatigue was a memory of the past as her adetermination enveloped her in a suffocating cage. Slowing down for just a moment, it hit her like a trillion tonnes. She halted and reached down to stroke Eclipse's fur, to find nothing but air to meet her. She spun around, looked into the matted spiderweb of trees, to find not even a silhouette of her cat. she groaned, regretting bringing Eclipse with her. She really didn’t want to have to turn back, not when Naomi’s life could be in danger, but could she really give up her cat’s life like that? She had two choices: she could go back and save Eclipse, or she could continue for Naomi. Sending a silent prayer to Eclipse, she hurried on, hoping that her cat could survive the shadows of the night.
An eerie silence smothered the trees, and it seemed as though the forest, which had once been filled with a cacophony of ghoulish shrieks and screams like the death call of a million banshees, was devoid of life. As she searched desperately for Naomi, she listened for the reassuring meow of Eclipse. Of course, she heard nothing. Feeling uncomfortable about the unrealistic silence, she began to call for Naomi. A groan emerged from the depths of quiet and she called again, to be answered with the same reply. Following the noise, she reached a clearing, and saw crimson snaking through the pristine white. An alien-like wail erupted from her and as tears cascaded down her face like an avalanche, she checked her friend’s pulse, trying to revive her as her life faded away. A torrent of grief overwhelmed her like a tsunami of fire, whisking away hope like a tornado. Her glass heart shattered and fell onto the clear white and the only salvageable pieces were of sorrow and despair. Distraught, she ripped off the necklace that Naomi had given her and threw it into the foggy midst. Her sadness seemed to call Eclipse out from the darkness, and her cat came to comfort her, but it was of no use. Not even when the clouds revealed the moon, which sent fingers of light to console her, did she feel any better, for it was like throwing a droplet of water on an inferno and hoping for it to cool. Her heart was broken, and it was all because she had let Naomi get lost in a world of nightmares.
