Do you enjoy being in the water and are looking to improve your swimming skills? We will work on a variety of swim strokes and other important aspects of swimming to get you feeling comfortable in the water!
Adult Water Exercise
Get moving with aerobic routines and stretching exercises done to music at varied intensity done at your own pace. This class is for the swimmer and non-swimmer. Weights and noodles will be used. Frank Lloyd Wright

Aqua Boot Camp
Aqua Boot Camp is a high intensity workout that combines calisthenics, cardiovascular conditioning, core and muscle strength building along with swimming. Class will take place in the shallow end of the pool and will utilize weights, noodles and bands. Ability to swim is recommended but not required.
