Summer Playground / Teen Scene !!!

Summer Playground

For those who have completed 4K - 5th Grade Come to your neighborhood elementary school and join our energetic leaders for games, arts and crafts, sports themed games (baseball, basketball World Cup), large group games (kickball), non-competitive games, special events and other age appropriate activities (like box hockey). The FREE fun, healthy and active summer playground programs are supervised during the hours listed below. Participation in the summer playground program is on a drop in basis and children are allowed to come and go as they choose. When at the program, all children will be encouraged to participate in the scheduled daily on-going activities. A safe and supervised environment will be provided however it should not be considered as a child care alternative (if you are looking for a child care program, please see our Summer SAFE Camp offerings on page 25. Program meets daily Monday FRE E!!! Friday from June 12th - August 4th (rain or shine). In addition to the regularly scheduled daily activities, participants will have the opportunity to participate in special events and field trips for a nominal fee. Information will be distributed at your neighborhood summer playground program site. Parents are HIGHLY encouraged to fill out an emergency contact form at their playground site. Playgrounds will be closed 7/4

Are you an Intermediate Student looking for a playground to call your own? Join us at Lane, where we will have activities geared towards participants in grades 5 and above. “Teens” can build relationships by playing various playground games, participate in special events, learn leadership skills and socialize with others. Lane Intermediate M, Tu, W, Th, F 10 am - 3 pm 6/12 - 8/4 (Playground closed 7/4)
