01/SITE ANALYSIS: WATER RUN The natural terrain channels runoff flow towards the property’s edges, taking advantage of the slope in its favor. This creates an optimal central space for the house’s location.

This principle pursues balance and serenity in spaces. The house is guided by a system of linear order, optimizing visual axes and flow along the terrain. It aims to achieve harmony and openness between the built and the natural environment.

Light plays an essential role in architecture, being one of its fundamental pillars. Without light, there is no architecture, and in this context, light actively participates in domestic spaces, allowing the perception of temporality through its immersion in every corner of private spaces.

Sacred geometry involves patterns and shapes with spiritual, symbolic, or mystical significance, associated with universal principles,

divinity, and cosmic forces. Used in various cultural and religious traditions, these forms include the circle, square, triangle, spiral, and hexagon, found in ancient architectural structures, religious art, and mandalas. It is believed that these forms possess spiritual properties that influence consciousness, promoting harmony and connection with the divine. This geometry is used as a basis for composing textures that interact with the house at its main entrance through a process of abstraction.

Pattern

Modulation

A pattern is incorporated, resulting from the overlap between filled and empty areas within sacred geometry. In this way, from the outset, the texture of the skin, modulation, and the pattern that will infuse dynamism into the vestibule space of the dwelling are achieved. that influence consciousness, promoting harmony and connection with the divine.

The modulation creates complete coverage on the surface that protects the vestibule, ensuring uniformity and control among openings that interact with light and the construction of the envelope.
