The geographical expansion is considered a notable achievement.

LICENSE ACQUISITION Obtaining licenses, particularly the Halal and MESTI licenses, is highlighted as a significant milestone. The interviewee sees these licenses as crucial achievements contributing to the success of the business.

CONTINUOUS FORWARD MOMENTUM A key factor contributing to business success is the acknowledgment that in business, one must keep moving forward to avoid falling behind. As the company grows, there is a sense of responsibility towards employees and the business. The commitment to continuous progression and not settling for stagnation is emphasized.

Gradual expansion reached Serian, Betong, Matang, Bau, Sri Aman, and Sibu. The pivotal moment arrived on November 16, 2021, with the attainment of the Halal certificate. Despite pandemic challenges, the shift towards home cooking boosted Miss Han's reputation, leading to increased demand. By 2023, the business had secured orders from West Malaysia, marking a significant milestone in its journey.

FACTOR CONTRIBUTING TO SUCCESS Persistence and Resilience The biggest factor contributing to the business's success, according to the interviewee, is not giving up. In the face of challenges, the key is persistence and the determination to keep going. This emphasizes the importance of resilience in overcoming obstacles.

Learning from Failures Every failure or setback is seen as an opportunity to learn and provide valuable lessons when a new product launch doesn't perform well in sales, it is considered a failure. this failure is on learning from the experience. this includes evaluating product positioning and marketing strategies and turning failures into opportunities for growth and improvement.

This involves introducing more machinery and equipment and continuously upgrading facilities and technology. The commitment to technological improvement reflects an adaptive and innovative approach.
