The framing plans for the incubator project played a crucial role in informing the decision-making process regarding column placements and determining whether the columns should be exposed or concealed. These plans served as a valuable reference, providing me with a visual representation of the structural framework and allowing me to evaluate various design considerations..
By taking a close look at the framing plans, I figured out the space and functional needs of the incubator. I checked where the columns should go, keeping in mind things like how much weight they can handle, making the best use of space, and optimizing the workflow. Because of the framing plans, I found the perfect spots for the columns, making sure everything stays strong and runs smoothly in the incubator.
Also, the framing plans gave me a chance to see how the columns would look, whether they're out in the open or hidden. I thought a lot about how they would fit in with the overall style, the inside design, and the vibe I wanted for the incubator. The plans helped me imagine how different column setups would affect how things look and how people feel when they're in the space. This helped me make smart choices based on what I wanted to achieve.
The framing plans provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the structural and aesthetic aspects, ensuring a well-designed incubator that meets the functional requirements while creating a visually pleasing and efficient workspace.

Section 02
This section provides a deeper understanding of the incubator concept. On the third floor, we have the exhibition space, which symbolically represents the peak of the journey. Here, the public has metaphorically reached the summit of a slope, signifying a significant achievement or progress. In this area, visitors have the opportunity to witness the double-height space, which serves as the focal point of the entire incubator.
The exhibition space offers a unique vantage point, allowing individuals to gain a fresh perspective on the surrounding areas. By looking down from this elevated position, visitors can appreciate the interconnectedness and interplay between different spaces within the incubator.
This panoramic view offers a new way of perceiving their environment, fostering a sense of curiosity and discovery.
The double-height space, serving as the main program of the incubator, becomes the focal point of attention in the exhibition area. Its prominent position and design draw visitors' focus and create a central gathering point for interaction, inspiration, and collaboration. This space becomes a hub for innovative ideas, networking, and fostering a vibrant entrepreneurial spirit.
By strategically placing the exhibition space on the third floor and providing a view of the double-height area, we aim to captivate the public's imagination and encourage them to explore the incubator further. It offers an immersive experience that showcases the potential and possibilities within the incubator, leaving visitors with a lasting impression and a fresh perspective on the surrounding spaces.
