TELECOMMUNICATION ENGINEERING
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN
The Master of Science in Telecommunication Engineering is a two-year program within the Industrial Engineering Department that combines electrical and computer engineering (hardware and software engineering) to design and implement telecommunication systems. Telecommunication technology deals with the transmission of information (signals, fixed images, videos, data, etc.) from entity to entity or entities through free space or cables (fiber optics, coaxial, and twisted pair cables) while maintaining the quality of transmitted information.
The program in Telecommunication Engineering at CIT offers modern theoretical and practical knowledge in telecommunication systems. You will learn how to deal with optical and wireless communications, mobile broadband network and project management.
