Middle School Counseling Newsletter - March 2024

Page 1

“By March, the worst of the winter would be over. The snow would thaw, the rivers begin to run and the world would wake into itself again ” - Neil Gaiman (English writer)

As the days begin to grow longer and warmer, Spring is upon us! As we navigate the last three months of the school year, I wanted to focus this newsletter on ways to manage stress and become more resilient. Students have expressed that this is an area that is dicult for them As we work on this topic at school, I’d also encourage you to discuss this with your daughters at home.

Never hesitate to reach out if I can assist and if you have suggestions for upcoming newsletters. I look forward to continuing to work alongside your daughters and your families!
