The Editorials are spaces for interpretative,analyticorreflective opinions on a clinical, scientific or social and economic topic which affects Ophthalmology. It must be objective and not exceed 3000 words, or 15 bibliographical references. Since it has an interpretative or analytic character, it should not have illustrations or tables, save if the author so desires and explains its importance to the Editorial Council when it is sent.

VI. Case Reports
The Editors reserve the right to place the illustrations in color or in black and white. In any case, only 4 illustrations in color shall be used. Should the authors consider that it is of the utmost importance that the illustrations should be in color and demand that they be printed thus, they must pay for the expenses incurred.
