DISCUSIÓN - La mejoría postquirúrgica de las diferentes variables es mayor en los grados de queratocono I y II. - En general todas las variables permanecen estables después del primer mes postoperatorio. - Se evidenció pérdida de una línea de visión con corrección en un ojo de un paciente del grupo 2 (5.8%). - Estudios con mayor tiempo de seguimiento y mayor número de pacientes, son recomendados para determinar la estabilidad y seguridad de esta cirugía. - De acuerdo a la literatura el implante de anillos intraestromales con intralase es un método efectivo en la corrección del queratocono y es una técnica segura con baja incidencia de complicaciones.
