Situatedwithinavibrantandyouthfuldistrict,Communitasispoisedtobecomealandmarkonthecity'slandscape. Thedesignitselfembodiesaspiritofuniquenessanddynamism,destinedtoestablishitselfasasigni cantarchitectural elementwithinthearea.

Theclient'svisioncenteredaroundatributetotheirbelovedcity,Athens.Theirbriefencompasseda uniquecombinationoftent-styleaccommodationsandtraditionalco ages.Totranslatethesedesires intoatangibleplan,wedevelopedamoodboardthatvisuallycapturedtheenvisionedaestheticofthe reso .
NestledinthefoothillsofFo Kothaligad,thereso boastsdramaticcli sidevistas.Duringthemonsoonseason,thesevistasaretransformedintoacascadingspectacleofwate alls.
