FINANCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-26
This document provides the financial information for Verbier International School’s tuition and boarding fees for the 2025/26 academic year, as well as other charges, financial conditions, and payment information relevant for those enrolled or considering admission.
Our school fees consist of three parts: annual & seasonal tuition fees, annual & seasonal boarding fees, and additional charges based on individual circumstances.

- Forest school when applicable
- Minor medical expenses
- Curriculum ski lessons during the week

- PTA fees
For Boarders Only:
- Uniforms
- IT devices and specialist calculators
- Swiss medical & accident insurance
- Sports Academies and noncurricular competitions
- Private music lessons and special educational support
- Ski Pass and ski locker, ski equipment and / or rental
- Weekend skiing
- External exam fees
- Optional cultural and recreational group trips
- Additional sports activities

- Full seven day room and board during the academic term
- Weekend outings / excursions
- Laundry service, except drycleaning
- Provision of all bedroom and bathroom linen and towels
- Swiss medical & accident insurance
- Resident permit / visa costs and application fees
- Communal taxes
- Supervised studies
- Evening and term time weekly extracurricular sports and leisure activities
- Weekend mountain programme and compulsory expeditions and trips
- Uniforms
- All school holidays - including half term
- Airport transfer fees and special escort if required
- Toiletries, other personal items and pocket money
- Ski Pass, ski equipment and / or rental
- Telecommunications, postal and courier services
- Weekend excursions outside of Switzerland and certain special activities
- Personal items insurance
CONDITIONS
MULTI-CHILD DISCOUNT
A rebate on tuition fees is offered for the second child enrolled, with a higher rebate for the third and subsequent children.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Tuition fees for the upcoming academic year will be payable in two instalments:
o 1st 50% due by 31 July 2025
o 2nd 50% due by 30 November 2025
• A student's place may be forfeited if tuition fees are not received by the required date.
• Late payment of tuition fees or other charges may incur a 1% per month interest fee
