MB and CA, BOS approved an agreement with Engie to complete suite od EE projects Courthouse 35,000 and Jail 22,000 waiting on final report, JL and CK will put together a final report and send to CA to take to BOS Opportuniity for Kings County. SBD on Sherrif Ops building (Teter project, CK to send OF contact information for Loren Aiton), adding an evidence site that could go to SBD. NO shared that lining the pipe. 1970 staffing levels in building maintenance. RM budget has $150,000 for building maintance. EE is the only way RM sees a way to save money. NO $30-35m TTHM to the WWTP, adding booster pumps, Police Dispatch Center, designed by Teter could be SBD, lost 15 ton AC at civic center, WWTP new, plasma and elctro-oxidization, going from 40 to 10 acres, $0.60 opex on new plant. PGE meeting for new substation to serve canibis, wants to conduct audits. JL to look into service lines. Visalia interested in gas audits at larger sites “rough draft” program.
