Topic Welcome Courtney Kalashian, SJVCEO, went over site logistics, introductions, agenda overview. Business Items 1. Report out on past action items; review briefing doc CK, SJVCEO, went over the briefing document that housed necessary program updates as well as current savings goals. 2. Upcoming events: CenCal 2019, SCE Annual Water Conference (11/7/19) CK, SJVCEO, went over upcoming event to flag on the calendar. Also, to keep an eye out for CenCal Workshop call for presentation emails. IOU Highlight SoCal Edison CK, SJVCEO, went over some of the upcoming changes that will be happening in 2019 and 2020. She stated that an email was sent to all partners explaining what would change as well as what would stay the same. SJVCEO will not be implementing VIEW on the SCE side but will still be around in a different capacity. All SCE partners will stay at their year end ELP tier level in 2020 and receive enhanced incentives. Bill Rock, SCE, stated that there are no measure updates. SoCal Gas Jeff Lawler, SCG, stated that the gas company will still be around in the partnership capacity in 2020. SJVCEO will still be a part of VIEW under the funding. There are no other updates from SCG. PG&E Steve Newvine, PGE, stated that the same will go for PG&E with VIEW. SJVCEO is still implementing the partnership in PG&E territory for 2020. Other than that, there are no other updates. Municipal Energy Savings—Project Review Roundtable Staples Report SN, PGE, went over the first attachment, Staples Report, for August. Currently 14 projects completed for the year, but nothing was installed in the month of August. Good news was that Staples received a 25% budget increase for the VIEW territory until year end.


SCE BR, SCE, went over the following attachment, SCE Project Listing. City of Lindsay pool pump VFD has since expired and the city will not be completing it this year. City of Farmersville project is still in the works with SBD. There were also DI projects that went through for Lindsay and Farmersville. All projects total 13,196. SCG JL, SCG, stated that there was no project listing but gave an update on a few audit items. Tulare County audits were completed, and details were sent to the county for further review. Project details are currently in review with Carrie’s supervisors. She will be checking in and reporting back. Program Highlight- California Conservation Corp. This state funded program offers trained labor for public agencies to complete energy-efficiency and renewable projects. A quick overview by Samantha Dodero gave partners an idea of what the CCC covers in the way of energy work. Also, CK and SD let the partners know that SJVCEO hopes to work with CCC on comprehensive audits of partner facilities so there is a complete equipment inventory. ME&O Report 1.
