Topic Welcome Samantha Dodero, SJVCEO, gave a brief overview of site logistics. Introductions around the room then follow. SD, SJVCEO, asked the group to review the agenda and asked if there are any new edits or additions to the agenda. None were discussed. Business Items 1. Report out on past action items SD, SJVCEO, stated that the past meeting summary notes are attachment #1. There were no action items that came out of the last meeting, but more of a summation of next steps for 2020. 2.

Upcoming events: SEEC Forum 06/22-23 in Sacramento SD, SJVCEO, gave a brief save the date for the upcoming SEEC forum in Sacramento this summer. She hopes that partners will be able to make the trip as it is a great networking opportunity. The partnership will discuss covering travel expenses with the IOU’s and report back to partners when a decision is made.

Municipal Energy Savings—Project Review Roundtable SD, SJVCEO, stated that there are no current project listings for the partnership. Staples is still working in the area for PG&E Direct Install and will have a number update at the next meeting. SD, asked those partners in attendance if there are any items that are in need of attention or assistance. Nathan Garza, Visalia, stated that the city is looking to build new fleet facilities offices soon. All agreed that the city should be in contact with Savings by Design as soon as possible to see what savings may be there. SD asked the IOU’s if there are any updates on incentives or programs. Jeff Lawler, SCG, stated that the biggest takeaway from the new rebate catalogue is that pip insulation incentives have gone up and it is also included in DI for the utility. Also, JF stated that he has identified a few facilities in Kings County that would have great potential. Next steps are to meet with Rhonda Mann from the county to go over the information. All new rebate and solutions directory will be emailed out to all partners in the coming weeks. Income Qualified Programs Brief presentation on available income qualified programs that each of the IOU’s offer to residents. Share ideas on how to promote the programs to those in need.


ME&O Report Update on upcoming marketing activities for the VIEW Partnership. VIEW is looking to participate in the Visalia Earth Day Celebration as well as the Kings County Senior Day event. Those are the only two items on the schedule currently. SD, SJVCEO, will work with IOU’s to coordinate collateral and giveaways. Wrap Up Meeting review: action items, next steps, resources available Email out summary notes and reach out to partners regarding interest in SCG IQP kiosks for residential customers. Other Business: partner updates; upcoming events; etc. JF, SCG, stated that there is a Municipal Green Expo in LA on 5/29 – 5/30. More information to be shared with partners. Next Meeting: April 16, 2020 in Kings County Concluded at 10:45 a.m.
