III. The demand for others to change — thereby taking away their freedom to be themselves.

Unconditionality is when we are no longer demanding that change life in order to feel the richness and fullness of it. We simply experience the

richness and fullness of what is. To immerse ourselves in that resonance we have to be deeply centered and still, feeling grateful for the miraculous ability to be alive. This describes the unconditional joy of experiencing our own existence, the luminous bliss of freedom.

In this state we are complete and don’t need to change anything.

It is absent of condition, meaning that all conditions that are discursive to that state are absorbed back into the surrender and stillness of unconditionality.

In stillness we have access to loving Presence through which we can love unconditionally.

I think we can all agree that the highest experience would be to love our life and the people in our life unconditionally.

How willing are we to love unconditionally, even if it costs us something?

And by whose love sons and others are dear to us.

Feel the gravity and density of demand, Feel what it does to the energy within you, Feel what it does to your own awareness.

Let go.

Let the felt-sense of unconditionality emerge.

Unconditionality is the resonance of bliss.

After doing the meditation of change, tune in to the felt-sense & living essence of

Unconditionality Make a note describing the resonance of the experience. Wordsmith it to make sure it is a clear and concise articulation of the moment.

Create a flash card to remind you to find, enter into, and establish yourself there, moment by moment.
