LO NGMONT 2024 Capital Campaign Home Stretch

Four years later, we’ve experienced a global pandemic, supply chain issues that created unprecedented wait times, and cost increases, resulting in nearly 40% higher material prices than when we began this journey.

We pushed on, and in 2023, we welcomed four Veterans into the VCP Village, where they will work dilligently with Case Managers to overcome barriers to achieve permanent housing.

In the year ahead, we’re thrilled to continue constructing the 20 remaining tiny homes in the village for an even greater community impact.

Help Us Complete This Mission

Bringing VCP to Longmont, constructing a Village, and developing effective programming has been no small feat. It would not have happened without a lot of planning and community intentionality.

We believe the same is true for the close-out of our capital campaign. With less than 20% of our overall capital campaign budget remaining, now is the right time to focus all our community energy on completing this effort.
