3D Money is focused on partnering with top tier individuals or companies to find the best investments with a history of success Significant opportunity usually exists through management cost efficiencies and planned capital improvements which allow for stronger revenues and decreased expenses.
Diversifying the acquisitions through multiple locations and markets provides increased opportunity in good economic times as well as a defensive strategy in down cycles. For this reason, 3D Money will look for cash flowing real estate including multi-family real estate, commercial real estate, and other real estate cash flowing business opportunities

The Investor Exit Strategy
The purpose of this offering is to provide funds for acquisition, construction, renovations, or improvements on acquired properties and cash flowing business assets. These Secured Notes will act as bridge financing until the projects are completely renovated, stabilized, and seasoned. At which time, a re-finance option will be pursued of the existing debt. That process is projected to take 3 years.
Upon completion of the refinance process, the loan proceeds are projected to pay off the Notes purchased through this offering. The investors will then have the option to take their money and go elsewhere or re-invest in another 3D Money offering (pending availability.) If a high enough LTV cannot be obtained, or the 3-year timeline is exceeded a New Note Offering will be offered to cover any shortfall or bridge the extra time needed.
