It means the world to us Maybe it was gifted to you Maybe a friend raved about it Or maybe you treated yourself (yay, you!) However it found its way to you, we’re so glad it did

We’re Kendra and Julie two planner-loving women who know the joy (and freedom!) that comes from a little structure in your day. Like many of you, we’ve tried all the things multiple planners, sticky notes, apps, and scraps of paper tucked into every bag Kendra dreamed of one place to keep her schedule, notes, and trackers without looking like the “book lady” everywhere she went Julie wanted to break up with her stack of eight planners (that she was using at one time!) and find one that could hold all the pieces of her life.

One night, sitting around a table with a group of like-minded women, we both mentioned (okay, confessed) our shared dream of creating the planner we couldn’t find anywhere else Two weeks later, we had an idea call and The Daily Well was born

While we know not everyone shares the deep faith in Jesus that grounds us both, our hope is that this planner still meets you right where you are. These pages were designed to be a well you can draw from daily. A space for intention, reflection, and rhythm. A place to doodle, journal, affirm, plan, and dream

INSTRUCTIONS: USING THE DAILY WELL FOR YOUR DAILY BEST

Shawn Achor, author of The Happiness Advantage, said, “Without action, knowledge is useless.” What good is knowing something deeply if you never actually do anything with it?

The same is true for planners. What’s the point of having a planner if you don’t use it? And how effective can it be if you feel overwhelmed by all the blank spaces or unsure of how to make it work best for you?

That’s why we created The Daily Well a collection of pages designed to help you check in with yourself, find encouragement and motivation, and take note of what truly matters. It’s about being effective with both purpose and peace.

To help you build a meaningful daily rhythm, we’ve outlined how to use the pages, sections, and habit trackers to support you in living intentionally.

STRONG

This block is the foundation of your day, built to support intentional rhythms mind, body, and spirit

Movement: Whether it’s yoga, a walk, or a workout, just move your body. That’s the key.

Fuel: What are you feeding your body and mind today? Track meals, nutrition plans, or simply your commitment to wellness

Hydration: From first sip to final gulp this is your spot to track your water intake.

Mind Fuel: What will stretch your thinking today? A podcast, book, article, or course note it here

Sacred Pause: Prayer, meditation, Scripture whatever grounds you. This is your space to connect your soul to your day.

CALL OUT DAYS HOW TO DRAW FROM THE DAILY WELL

Along with the breakout sections for each day, you will see special call-outs on certain days. In keeping with our full financial well, each Friday is denoted as “Financial Friday”. This is a reminder to do a weekly check-in of your finances. Block out time to check your account balances and scan for any charges that might be unknown or suspicious. If you pay off your credit cards weekly, this is the day. Make sure any upcoming bills are paid or scheduled to be paid, And, most importantly, be sure you are staying within your spending plan.

On a higher level, on the monthly spread, you’ll see Path to Prosperity on the 5th. This is a reminder to complete your monthly budget by that date. By doing this, you can start the month financially confident, knowing you have already decided how you will spend and save your money

THE INDEX

You will find several Notes pages at the back of your planner These pages are yours to use however best fits your day and life. Before the Notes pages begin, you’ll find an index. For the times when you need to remember notes you’ve taken on specific days, whether they are meeting notes or a great idea, you can use the index to know just where to find them

The Topic area is where you put the title, main idea, word, or phrase of your notes.

The Page Number is the page on which these notes are located You can use the Index to find notes you make in the Reflect and Rest and Quick Thoughts sections of your daily planner.

HOW TO WRITE MEANINGFUL Affirmations

Affirmations are short, powerful statements that affirm something to be true. According to dictionary.com, an affirmation is “the assertion that something exists or is true.” In everyday life, affirmations are used to reassure ourselves that we are capable, worthy, and equipped to do or be something specific They help us envision our future selves confident, clear, and already living into a positive change.

Here’s a simple 4-step process to write affirmations that matter to you:

1. Choose a focus. Pick an area of your life, a goal, or a personal quality you'd like to strengthen. For example: parenting, saving money, improving health, or setting boundaries.

2. Write it in the present tense. Create a sentence from your future self, as if you’ve already achieved it. Keep it in first person. Example: “I save more money than I spend.”

3 Make it specific and vivid Take your sentence and add detail to make it measurable or visual.

“I save an extra $100 every month.”

“I spend two hours of intentional one-on-one time with my children each week.”

“I honor my boundaries and get seven hours of sleep each night”

4. Speak them daily. Write one affirmation for each area where you want to grow. Then, say them out loud to yourself every day. When we speak something aloud, our brain processes it more deeply we begin to believe it It becomes not just a hope, but a habit.

A solid morning routine is a key part of many people's day. Whether it's 15 minutes, 1 hour, or longer, having a few dedicated moments to start your day with intention sets the tone for your day. Here are a few of our favorite resources on how to design your perfect morning routine:

GOAL SETTING Instructions

Most of us set 12-month goals, but life often gets in the way. Instead of getting discouraged when things don’t go as planned, let’s shift our mindset. We’re going to focus on crushing goals six months at a time with clarity, intention, and purpose!

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Goals shouldn't feel overwhelming. They should inspire you and support your personal growth. Make sure your goals reflect what you truly want, not what others say you “should” do

Set goals that align with who you are and who you want to become. Do it for you your self-love, self-respect, and fulfillment. Keep your goals realistic and measurable

STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR WORD

Pick a word that represents what you need most over the next six months. Think: growth, clarity, peace, action, intentional. Write your word at the top of your goal worksheet and keep it in mind as you go through the process.

STEP 2: CREATE YOUR GOALS

There are 4 categories to work with, each with a different focus. For each category: 1.Write down three goals you’d like to achieve.

2 Next to each one, write why it matters to you and how you’ll feel once it’s achieved

3 Then, rank them from 1 to 3:

STEP 3: TAKE ACTION

1 = Must-do no matter what

2 = Important, but flexible

3 = Nice to have, can wait or go on a vision board

Go to the Goals with Action Steps page. Bring over your top two goals (the ones you ranked 1 and 2) from each category Under each one, list 1 to 3 action steps you’ll need to do consistently to make progress

FINAL STEP: MAKE IT REAL

Schedule those action steps on your calendar! Success requires action and action needs a plan. Then, print three copies of the goal sheets with action steps:

Your closet

Your car

Remember: What you focus on grows Keep your goals visible and top of mind!

As you go through this process, dig deep into your why. Your goals should lead you to more gratitude, grace, and growth. You’ve got this one step, one action, one win at a time.

Goals With Action Steps

PATH TO PROSPERITY

TIPS FOR SUCCESS:

Your path to prosperity should reflect only personal expenses not businessrelated expenses.

Schedule a recurring time on your calendar to complete your path to prosperity, before the 5th of each month. Itemize your credit card statements and record the totals under the appropriate spending categories.

If you're paying down credit card debt and are not actively charging new expenses to that card, record the payment under “Credit Card.”

HOWEVER, if you pay off your credit card in full each month (we hope you do!), itemize those charges under their respective categories. This helps you clearly see how much you're spending and whether you’re staying on goal.

WEALTH ACCUMULATION

Wealth accumulation is most efficient when you manage your personal finances with:

One checking account

One savings account

One credit card

If you have outstanding debt, prioritize paying it off as quickly as possible: Start with the smallest balance and apply as much as you can each month until it's paid off

Continue making minimum payments on other debts.

Once a debt is paid off, roll that payment amount into the next debt until all are eliminated

Then, begin saving that same amount each month

Rainy-day funds are essential!

Aim to have at least 3 months' worth of expenses saved in an untouched savings account

If you currently have debt and no rainy-day fund, follow the 2/3 and 1/3 rule:

Use 2/3 of your extra income to pay down high-interest debt.

Save the remaining 1/3 to begin building your rainy-day fund.

EASY STEPS TO COMPLETE A MONTHLY PATH TO PROSPERITY

1 Record all income in Column #4 and total it at the bottom

This represents all the money available to spend for the month.

2 In Column #2, list your budgeted amounts for each spending category and total it at the bottom.

This serves as your guide to avoid overspending.

3 In Column #3, record your actual spending for the month in each category

The goal is for this total to be less than your money deposited for the month (Column #4) so you can SAVE!

4.Use the bottom section of the sheet to:

Track your monthly savings goal and account balances

Monitor your monthly goals vs. actual spending to stay accountable and plan for the future you envision.
