ABOUT US
Founded by two Los Angeles-based industry veterans, Version MFG is a company built on experience. Taking what we know about domestic and overseas headwear manufacturing and pairing it with the market’s immediate need for onshore capabilities, we have built a factory direct business that embodies the vision, pride, and importance of both quality product and client relationships. Our purpose at VERSION MFG is to provide the highest standard in competitive headwear styles and customer service from right here in North America. We strive to bring the transparency and control of the manufacturing processes back into the hands of the customers we serve. From the office personnel to the factory floor, our team is comprised of hand selected creatives and craftspeople whose passion is to create quality products that our clients can be proud to sell.

SPEED TO MARKET
Our strategic proximity 15 minutes from the Southern US Border allows us to transport goods to distribution hubs in San Diego, CA the same day the goods are completed.
COMMUNICATION
We operate on US Pacific Standard Time out of our Los Angeles and San Diego offices. You can have real time access to the factory, your rep, tracking, and inquiries during normal US business hours.

We have a passion for product and know what it takes to acheive the highest standard in production. We employ skilled engineers, technicians, and craftspeople who take pride in their work to ensure quality and consistency in our offerings
TRANSPARENCY
We believe in partnerships and are transparent with our processes. We even invite partners to visit our factories to see their products being made and be hands on in the process.
OUR CAPABILITIES
We are proud to offer control of the production process in it’s entirely; pattern making, digitizing, cutting, sewing, and decorating custom hats all under one roof. We currently have a scalable capacity of 50,000 units per month with additional space secured to double our capacity by Q2/Q3 2025.
