Momentos Café
2023, built Ljubljana, Slovenija MV Brula project - T Levin constructor SketchUp-AutoCad-D5-AI-Photoshop
The renovation reflects the client’s vision to offer an experience embodying the brand’s unique identity, blending Slovenian and Argentine influences. A modern aesthetic with curved accents and a warm palette complements the culinary offerings, creating a space that stands out in the area and combines gastronomy, hospitality, and quality ambiance.

The design process was deeply focused on capturing the essence of both Slovenian and Argentine cultures, intertwining them in every detail. A major aspect of the renovation was the kitchen expansion, which required reconfiguring the space to accommodate specialized culinary equipment. This was done carefully to preserve the original structure and ensure functionality. The previous office space was converted into a modern kitchen, with custom water and electrical installations to
optimize space, all while adhering to the set budget. In the seating area, a warm, contemporary color palette brings cohesion to the space. Existing furniture was revitalized with the brand’s colors, including refinished tables and reupholstered sofas. The bar was redesigned with wood and smooth curves, harmonizing with the overall aesthetic. The lighting, while maintaining its original style, was enhanced to match the new design, reflecting the brand’s creative vision of updating tradition.

Much like the brick cladding or the lights above the bar, which were repurposed and given new life through the design, the coffee shop introduces a fresh dynamic to the neighborhood, creating a space that combines comfort and creativity, inviting locals to explore new ways of enjoying coffee and gathering together.

Agroecological practices center
2023 - final career project Chivilcoy, Bs. As. MV Brula SketchUp-AutoCad-D5-Photoshop
It’s impossible to envision a city of the future without grasping the significance of agroecology and the involvement of an active community. The Center itself, through its program, addresses social issues alongside research, education, and culture.
The project aims to be a landmark of innovation and a benchmark for how to embrace a green, healthy, and balanced future, designed around 4 key concepts.

SOSTENIBILIDAD
Considering its location at the boundary between countryside and city, and its immediate surroundings of large facilities, the project is situated towards the corner, revitalizing the axis through a park and the program itself. Creating a better social context with greater respect for the planet.

5th FACADE
Derived from critical thinking involving the 5th facade in the design process, the project is resolved on a single level under a large roof that contains various types of horizontal enclosures within its thickness, featuring diverse sustainable programs and additions of experimentation or technological innovation.

VEGETATION AS ARCH. ELEMENT
From the project’s interior with patios illuminating and ventilating the deep floor plan, to its facade with green panels fed from the roof with rainwater collection, and finally to the exterior, understanding the heights and sizes of vegetation and crops that increase in scale closer to the building.

SUSTENTABILIDAD
Starting from the comprehensive material solution, with locally sourced metal and considering all possibilities of energy utilization (from built architecture to specific machinery), the building is erected with respect for nature, the environment, and the planet.

Residential complex
2022 - A4
Luján, Bs. As. Á Gutiérrez-RM Benaducci-MV Brula SketchUp-AutoCad-Lumion-Photoshop
On a unique site facing a linear park along the banks of the Luján river, this complex of 200 residences, featuring coworking spaces and commercial fronts, stands centered around the patio as a space organizer. Vegetation permeates the architecture, CLT wood structure extends nature into the city, and communal living is emphasized through collective exchange spaces.

The patio
Understood at a collective scale as access, ventilation, and the potential for lush vegetation. And at a private scale, as a crucial expansion for all units. The 4.25m CLT module guides the arrangement of residences, creating setbacks for patios and optimizing orientations.
On lower levels, a double module accommodates offices and gastronomic spaces with ample light and flexibility. The mezzanine connects residences accessed from commercial premises. Beyond +6.00m, the module unfolds, creating various ‘industrialized’ housing typologies. The variability in entrances and interspersed levels allows for enriched outdoor circulation and expansions always oriented towards the north, east, and west, relegating the south solely for ventilation of secondary spaces.
