R: How would you describe your journey of becoming the woman and CEO you are today?

S: 23 years in the ministry has taught me the value of giving back It has molded my character and taught me to walk in the spirit of knowledge, love, and compassion My experiences as a minister, evangelist, and current co-founder of my marital ministry in addition to being the founder and CEO of my personal ministry enabled me to hone my leadership abilities. As a result, I am able to teach the Bible, minister to the underprivileged, and win souls. These roles ultimately equips me to establish the kingdom and provides me with skills for mentoring, outreach, and evangelism. With my spouse and ministry partner, I had the privilege of co-hosting a radio show for two years, which served as the impetus for our marital ministry

R: What would you say is most rewarding in what you do?

S: I find rewarding having the opportunity to provide outreach through donating to women's and homeless shelters, collaborating with other ministries and nonprofit groups to meet the fundamental needs of underprivileged populations. I'm enthusiastic about teaching and mentoring young people, influencing others to think innovatively and unconventionally, as well as guiding them to explore God's word while they achieve their goals.

R: What advice would you give someone who wants to transition from being an employee to entrepreneur?

S: To succeed as an entrepreneur, be sure you have the traits of a successful leader in every area of your life. Be a person of integrity by remaining steadfast in your beliefs, guidelines, or choices. Be considerate of others and resist the temptation to assume that just because you are the leader, others should respect you Treating others with respect, will gain their regard Empathize with others and

I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. R: What are three traits you feel an entrepreneur must have?

S: Great Interpersonal Skills, Good Leadership Ability and Effective Communicative Skills

R: How do you persist in the face of challenges within your business?

S: I pray a lot, asking God for guidance on how to navigate through challenges I also ask God for increased wisdom on resolving conflicts and clearing roadblocks that may come through people

R: Why do you what you do?

S: Because it is my calling and I truly care about others, I do what I do Without God's help, I wouldn't be able to perform what I do because the adversary would use others to make a mockery of you, cast you in disrepute, or undo whatever purpose God has given you. By his grace, I've learned to be set free from negativity, pointless discourse, and false love and to view others as souls rather than just the skin they're encased in.

R: 100 years from now when people learn about you, what do you want to be known for?

S: First and foremost, I want to be remembered for my contributions to God's kingdom and for having led others to Christ Second, through the positive effects of my books, writings, and teaching, particularly in terms of how they impacted the lives of others through healing and deliverance

R: Give three tips to new business owners, and Sleaders : 1 Always study your craft to sharpen or improve your skills, especially in the areas of communications. interpersonal, development and leadership.

2. Continue to educate yourself, be innovative and creative in order to reach new audiences. Create opportunities and product that will satisfy a need.

3. Always treat others with respects and put their needs before you own, wherefore instilling trust and value in yourself and your vision
