PROCESS: Wrap 2 cups of ice with flower in cheesecloth, add ice to outer ice cream machine and churn 15 min and strain. In a medium saucepan, add hash to olive oil and saute onions just till translucent, maybe 4-5 min. Add schnapps to “deglaze” (let this flame if possible to remove heat flavor from alcohol), add remaining ingredients & puree.
