Stay Supported
At the School of Education, we support you from the moment you become a VCU Ram. From academic support through our Office of Student Success advisors, to financial support through our multiple undergraduate scholarships, we want to connect you with resources.
Get Connected
Explore our future teacher connections. Opportunities include Mirror Me, a teacher pathway initiative for Chesterfield County Public School students and current School of Education juniors and seniors to receive financial support, mentorship, and priority hiring after graduation, and the RTR Teacher Residency, a program for future teachers to receive financial support and career support while serving the community.
Get Involved
We encourage you to join the Student Virginia Education Association (SVEA), a professional pre-service teacher organization that provides opportunities for college students to explore education as a profession. VCU is also home to more than 400 student organizations. Join clubs like YouFirst for first-generation students, community service organizations, affinity groups, fraternities and sororities, sports and recreation clubs, and much more!
