The curriculum, culture and change concentration of our Ph.D. in Education offers doctoral students rigorous perspectives on curriculum, advocacy and social justice, while maintaining a commitment to instruction and learning.

for curriculum and instruction leadership positions in school systems, and as scholars with a wide range of research interests — such as urban education, teacher education and professional development, linguistically diverse groups, critical pedagogy, philosophical and sociocultural foundations of education n Provides a deep grounding in theoretical,

practical and methodological approaches to curriculum and instruction n Prepares instructional leaders to advocate for
