Role in Review – Shirley Whittaker

Our Reserve Team currently finds itself within a managerial transition period and I would like to welcome Josh Walsh and James Jaggard to the Club. With their guidance we hope to continue developing our young team and progressing in the West Cheshire First Division.

Our Under 18’s Youth Team, managed by Lee Robinson, is currently sitting on top of the pile in the West Cheshire Youth league and in a commanding position. We are expecting good things from this group of players, however it is imperative that we continue to provide the challenges necessary to allow them to develop and flourish within the game.

With 40 teams amongst our

Development and Junior sections I would like to thank each and every Team Manager and Coach for the wonderful volunteer work that you do. The dedication and commitment that you provide to enable our children to develop in a safe and structured environment is testament to each of you. I know you will continue to provide the best possible experiences for our children and the memories you are creating will last for their lifetime.

Finally, I wish you, and those closest to you, all the very best for a happy, healthy, and prosperous 2022. It’s going to be an exciting year with several projects under way. I hope that you will join us as frequently as you can and spread the word that this club is on the up!
