Instructions:
Beat the eggs and the sugar until they cream. Mix the flour, the baking powder and the vanillas in a bowl and throw them in the mixture. Peel the apples and cut them into pieces. Put them on a cake pan and pour the mixture over them. Bake them at 180oC for 45 minutes. When the apple pie is ready, add powder sugar and cinnamon on top.

For the dought:
250gr butter
200gr sugar
vanilla

500gr flour
For the cream:
150gr powder sugar
6 teaspoons water
Cream for decorating the biscuits:
1 egg white
160gr powder sugar
Instructions:
Beat the butter for two-three minutes. Add the sugar and the vanilla and beat them. Add the egg and beat it too. Add the flour and beat again. Place the dought on a surface and cover it with a non-stick paper. Spread the dought on the surface using a rolling pin. Then cut it in pieces and make biscuits of different shapes. Bake the biscuits for ten-fifteen minutes in the oven at 200°C.

Ingredients
200gr chocolate couverture
100gr milk cream
50gr butter
Cocoa, crushed biscuits or chocolate truffles for the toping
Instructions:
Cut the chocolate couverture into small pieces and then melt it. Pour the milk cream in the melted chocolate couverture and mix it well. Add the butter and mix until it melts. Let the mixture cool in the fridge for 2 hours. When it’s ready, take the mixture out of the fridge. With a little spoon or with your hands make small balls from the mixture. Then roll the balls into cocoa, crushed biscuits or chocolate truffles.

Ingredients
150 gr chocolate
150 gr butter
80 gr powder sugar
100 gr flour
50 gr nuts 2 eggs
Instructions:
Melt the chocolate couverture and the butter and mix them well. When the mixture get’s cold, add the eggs and the powder sugar.
Stir well and add flour and nuts.
Put the mixture in a baking tray and cover it up with aluminum foil.
Then put it in the oven and bake it for 25 at 1800C.

Ingredients
750gr. minced meat
1 big onion
2 carrots
1 packet of spaghetti
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
1 packet of tomato juice
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
Instructions:
Mince an onion and fry it in a saucepan with some oil. Add the minced meat and fry it.
Add the tomato pellets. Then mince the vegetables and add them in the saucepan. Mix them. Add the tomato juice and boil it. Add salt, pepper and boil it. In a different saucepan boil the spaghetti until it is ready. Then put the spaghetti with the minced meat on a plate and serve it.

300gr.butter
250gr.powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of sugar
7gr mahlepi
2 gr mastic hue
400gr of flour
Orange zest
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs
75gr milk
1 tablespoon
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven at 180.
2. Put the butter and the powdered sugar in the mixer and beat.
3. Put the sugar, the mahlepi, the mastic hue and 2 tablespoons of flour in the mixer and beat until homogenized.
4. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add orange zest and vanilla and beat.
5. Then, in the bowl, add the eggs one by one and beat. Add the milk and mix.
6. Pour the flour and the baking powder in the bowl and mix.
7. Grease an oven tray with butter and sprinkle with flour.
8. Pour the mixture into the oven tray, place the coin and then bake for 45 minutes in the oven .
9. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients
• 500gr pasta
• 320gr smoked tuna
• 400gr light cream cheese
• 500gr broccoli
• 1,5lt boiled water
• Lemon zest, from 1 lemon
• Lemon juice, from 1 lemon
• 300gr canned corn
• 1 tea spoon of dried estragon
• salt
• pepper
Instructions:
Cut the broccoli on a cutting board and place them in a pot. In the pot, add water, pasta, salt and pepper and stir. Place the pot on high heat and boil for 10-12 minutes. When it starts to boil, without turning off the heat, add the tuna and stir.
Then add the lemon zest and the lemon juice and stir. As you stir add the corn and the estragon and keep stiring until they homogenize.
After that, add the cream cheese. Remove the pot from the heat and start to stir.
Share it on plates and serve with pepper.
