The Plazas
The concept was to establish a versatile art gallery while maintaining the calmness of the gallery areas. At every level, there are open areas that serve as spaces for different activities and are linked together by a set of staircases. Each open area connects to the indoor sections, providing a designated spot for visitors to take a break within the gallery. These open areas are designed to include small shops, a cafeteria, and shaded seating areas

Urban Art Center
An art gallery with a variety of events, including temporary gallery spaces, exhibitions, and workshops, held together with cafes, snacks, and flea markets, is situated on one of the busiest streets in the city. The location, which is near the KBR National Park, offers breathtaking vistas.
The structure will be recognized as an iconic addition to the skyline. Zoning has been implemented to ensure that the various spaces are harmoniously interconnected.
Fins façade Zoning
The design of the art gallery's exterior was influenced by one of David Chipperfield's architectural works. The implementation of fins in the façade enables natural light to enter the building while creating a visual connection and barrier. The façade, adorned with fins, presents a captivating appearance, and the minimalistic design reflects a contemporary style, especially considering the gallery's location on a bustling city road The exterior of the museum is designed in direct harmony with the urban and architectural environment it inhabits
The spaces within the museum comprise main galleries, temporary exhibition areas, administrative zones, flea shops, a cafeteria, library, and conference halls To ensure a peaceful environment, the noisy spaces such as flea shops and cafeteria are separated and located within designated areas on the plazas. Conversely, spaces requiring quiet and stability, such as conference rooms, libraries, and exhibits with limited changes, are situated on the lower floors The undisturbed galleries are confined to the top floor.
