AUDITORIUM

The auditorium site is situated at a significant intersection within the city. The design challenge involved revamping the existing auditorium, which held great importance as a prominent landmark. This auditorium was frequently used for government cultural events. The redesign aimed to create a modern and noteworthy landmark within the city. The auditorium serves a diverse range of age groups and functions as a multipurpose structure. The section of the auditorium has been designed in a manner that effectively utilizes the surrounding topography for the main hall. Additionally, the different levels have been designed to ensure easy accessibility for individuals with disabilities, with the ground floor leading directly to the center of the hall.

Seats geometry

In an auditorium, the seating capacity is directly correlated to the viewing angles and the extent to which sound travels within the hall. The arrangement of auditorium seats follows a specific geometry to maximize the number of seats while maintaining optimal viewing angles and ensuring clear sound projection. The inclusion of four gangways facilitates easy access to the overall the audience

Activities Zoning

The auditorium is designed to be a versatile space, catering to various groups of people and engaging them in different activities throughout the year. These activities include dance and music schools, drama workshops, art sessions, and setmaking workshops. Additionally, the auditorium features preview theaters and a catwalk theater specifically designed for fashion shows, aiming to become a favorite destination for its users. By offering such diverse programs, the structure remains active and vibrant, even during periods when there are no scheduled events or performances

To ensure that the auditorium building serves as a versatile and multifunctional space, careful zoning has been implemented. The aim is to establish connections between each zone while also maintaining distinct boundaries between different activity areas. Three separate entrances have been created for accessing these zones, without interfering with the main entrance.
