You will also receive the fee sheet(s) with cost information. Here are a few things we would like to share to help ensure you have a successful application process: What do I have to do to secure my spot? 1. Fill out the full application. (Available March 20th on VancouverPride.ca) 2. Recieve approval for your application 3. Pay the entry fees in full 4. Submit any supporting documents as required in the Terms and Conditions Where do I get the Terms and Conditions? They will be available on our website after March 20, 2013. When you fill out the application form you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions. How do I pay in March and still get the February price? Participants will receive the February discount only if they have pre-registered in February. Details will be provided by March 20th. Does the February discount offer expire? Yes. Pre-applicants have until April 3rd, to fill out the full application to take advantage of the discounted rates. What does pre-registration not do? It does not guarantee an exhibit spot or placement in the parade. What are the payment terms? A small deposit will be taken upon completion of the full application. The remainder of the fees will be charged after your application has been approved. How long does approval take? The approval process may take up to 30 days to complete.
