oftheirincomeonrentalone.Suchsevererentburden leaveslowincomerenterswithinsufficientfinancialresourcesforother necessities,such as transportation,food,healthcare,childcare, retirementsavings,andeducation.Thus,thedecreasingavailabi lityand affordabilityofrentalhousingineverymajorcityisdiminishingthe potentialforlow-incomehouseholdstobreakthecycleofpoverty.

A wellness center is an establishment that offers health services for the body and mind. In this Wellness centers usually offer skin care services and body services such as fitness, personal training and nutrition consulting. Spaces include magneto therapy Physiotherapy , leaf bath , mud bath, acupuncture, yoga , steam room, under water massage consulting room , etc

With assistance designed and planned the school . In a way that the school has all the basic amenities and the atmosphere the campus is planned in a way that it has a nice exposed brick faced were the campus is passively ventilated throughout since its hot and humid temperature in the site

• The amenities in the school include a playground , park , garden , classrooms

• Adequate staffs and toilets All physical and extra curricular activities are encouraged in the campus

• Also, a basketball court is constructed within the site the building also has a racecourse

• and a swimming pool
