Keynote speakers Prof Dr Philippe Haspeslagh Dean of Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School “Are we a talent factory or a wasteland?” Professor Haspeslagh looks at HR challenges and talent development from a board perspective. Three major themes he will elaborate on are: succession management and leadership development, rewarding for performance, and the relationship between the CEO, the Chairman of the Board and HR.
Prof Dr George Kohlrieser Professor in Leadership and Organisational Behaviour at IMD “Leading at the edge: how to unlock extraordinary performance” In his keynote speech “Leading at the Edge” George Kohlrieser will introduce the audience to the principles of high performance leadership, including the latest research on what makes a great leader who inspires trust to achieve maximum effectiveness. Drawing on the studies of high performance leadership from the world of sports, theatre, music, hostage negotiation, business and personal achievement - he will translate this cutting edge knowledge to the real world of leading. What do highly effective leaders do to bring themselves, their teams and their organisations to the edge of full talent development and achievement possibilities?
