Mesa Global was founded on the idea of bringing people together. To align efforts in support of God’s redemptive work in the world. To foster leaders who serve like Jesus. And to shape a church that surprises the world with Jesus’ love.

Our around-the-table approach

Grassroots ministry

We’re hands-on ministry workers, serving arm-in-arm with churches and ministries. Our direct relationships and on-the-ground church planting and mercy work create trust to mentor leaders and insight to shape strategy.

Training & Education

We’re trainers, scholars, educators, and spiritual directors. We serve leaders as they support their churches, ministries, and communities. From theological schools and church buildings to virtual gatherings, we seek to form the next generation of Christian leaders.

Collaborative Networks

We’re consultants, researchers, and strategists. We bring church leaders and education partners together to coordinate training efforts in service of the church. Our collaborative networks break down silos, facilitating partnerships that make training more accessible to leaders throughout the region.

Our collaborative networks create connections within regions around the world. We call them hubs. Hubs connect churches in each region to our global network of 160+ seminary and training partners. They provide a pool of resources, knowledge, wisdom, and support to address the most pressing training needs of emerging church leaders.

Mesa Workers

Establish and equip churches, engage in mercy ministry, and form leaders. Mesa Workers serve around the world in various capacities based on their calling, skillsets, and the needs of our partners.
