Progression into Grade 11 All students who display a commitment to the values of the College and have actively participated in all elements of the learning programme are welcome to join Grade 11. Our open and inclusive transition process relies upon a partnership between students, parents and the school, in which the best educational interest of the student is the primary consideration.

Assessment Assessment patterns differ from subject to subject; many include coursework, practical and/or oral components. UWCSEA courses may also require portfolio work or product design. Toward the end of Grade 9 results from internal examinations provide students feedback and guidance on their progress. For IGCSE students, a second round of internal examinations mid-way through Grade 10 provides further feedback to inform exam preparation before the external IGCSE examinations at the end of Term 3. In subjects where examinations are required to prepare for Grade 11 and 12, UWCSEA courses students sit an internal examination at the end of Term 3.

For in-depth information on each subject, please refer to the Dover Campus Grade 9 and 10 academic programme information here.
