3. I am a newly joined member, how should I start taking USANA products by following the USANA Health GPS?
Please start with the first cycle from Day 1 to Day 90. For the first 14 days, please follow Step 1 (Rejuvenation) to cleanse your body naturally. From Day 15 to Day 90, please start the Step 2 (Foundation) and Step 3 (Enhancement) together.
By following Step 2 (Foundation), it helps to nourish the cells in your body with essential nutrition in order to build a solid foundation of nutrition that can support vibrant health.
By following Step 3 (Enhancement), you can add optimizers to create your personalized pack according to your lifestyle and specific nutritional needs.
4. What is the next step after I have completed the first cycle (Day 1- Day 90)?
After completed the first cycle, you can start the second cycle from Day 91 onwards. Now you can start all the 3 steps together at the same time. For Step 1 (Rejuvenation), you need to follow for 14 days and repeat it every 90 days.
5. If I am an existing member and I am taking CellSentials®, BiOmega+ and Proflavanol® C, can I follow USANA Health GPS?
Yes. We encourage you to cleanse your body naturally with Rejuvenate Pack every 90 days. If you have yet to cleanse your body in the last 90 days, please follow the Second Cycle by adding the Step 1 (Rejuvenation).
6. There are many personalized packs being recommended for Step 3 (Enhancement). Which health pack shall I select? Can I take more than one pack, such as ‘Healthy Circulation Pack’ plus ‘Power Your Movement Pack’?
You may select the recommended packs based on your health & lifestyle needs. Yes, you may take both ‘Healthy Circulation Pack’ plus ‘Power Your Movement Pack’ if both of these packs fulfill your needs.
