Thinking of doing indoor or outdoor living-area work? Now’s the time, so you can soon enjoy the space– whether it’s an enclosed garden room or an outdoor patio. While the work – including masonry – can be done any time of year, results come quicker if you take advantage of warmer weather. While Bruce and Laurie Ofenloch commenced work with Advanced Renovations, Inc., during the winter, the conversion of a screened-in porch to a garden room was completed on time for spring and within budget. They couldn’t be happier, thus didn’t consider anyone other than co-owner Duane Johns again for their master-bathroom facelift. “For the porch, we interviewed four contractors, but Duane was always 40

our lead guy,” Laurie says. “He listened closely to our expectations and is ultra-organized, which resulted in our vision becoming reality.” The Ofenlochs often refer Advanced Renovations.
