How are you Vanesa? How has your 2020 been? The truth is that it has been a year strange, different...To start the season well, just the day after my birthday at the end of January, Mistral contacted me to compete with her brand. I went to Fuengirola with my parents to test the material and fall in love with it, after a couple of weeks for the first competition of the Mediterranean Circuit I went for my first board of that brand and 3 weeks later we went into the state of alarm. The truth is that it was complicated, since my mother was working abroad and could not return. Well, and the first two weeks that I couldn’t stop moving, I got to do squats holding my cat to have some weight, and then came the wonderful phase 0 day where we were able to go outside for the first time to do sport. I remember that it just coincided with an online competition that Daniel Parres did, it was the Costa Blanca SUP Home, the truth was very en-tertaining and being able to see after the competition all the stories of people who had gone out to run or who had trained on their own houses the truth was quite entertaining. Just after the quarantine ended, we got into the summer and I had the wonderful opportunity to work in Parres with children between 4-6 years old, the truth is, why to lie to us, it has been one of the best summers of my life. I have been able to enjoy it like never before and there was also a lot of desire accumulated after being locked up for so long. So as a child that I am, after working in the mornings in Parres, I went with “the group of the elderly” in the afternoons to have dinner and a walk, and I did not stop moving all day; ending the summer and taking advantage of the last hours of the morning with the young children in summer school.
