What qualities on a physical and technical level in the SUP are you currently noticing in your body, unlike when you started competing? I have improved from the beginning changing a lot the paddling technique, strength, background, balance, stability ... I have grown on top of a SUP board. Do you combine different modes of Stand Up Paddle? Can you adapt to the most demanding waves or conditions? I also practice SUP waves, it improves the balance, speed and paddling technique. I enjoy it to the fullest, I have a great time with the waves and the demanding conditions‌ I have a lot of fun. And I never miss a good Downwind that Dani organizes! They are a pass !!! What other sports and hobbies do you complement your day to day? Do you organize well with your studies? I usually go with my friends to skate, ride a mountain bike and also as part of my training I go jogging. I try to organize, I have my week planned as well as possible since the studies are very important. Sometimes exams coincide with careers and the thing is complicated. Tell us how is your family’s support to organize your trips to different events and trainings. And friends, also important piece in this sport. My family is very important to me. My parents always accompany me to all races, my grandparents take me to training, everyone is with me giving me support and good advice. I have great friends thanks to this sport, friends in both my team and other clubs. The atmosphere of the Sup makes us all very close and we have fun with what we like the most.
