ABOUT THE FACULTY Our programmes aim to train professionals with the highest level of European theoretical and practical knowledge in the fields of prevention, paramedical treatments, rehabilitation and health promotion. For several decades, our Faculty has been training nurses, physiotherapists, social workers and nowadays dental hygienists. Our programmes consist of different supervised clinical pratices for developing professional skills. Since these professions are highly practice-oriented, the practical courses take place in small groups. During the study time students have the opportunity to get acquainted with special complex therapeutic methods.
AVAILABLE PROGRAMMES FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS • PHYSIOTHERAPIST BSc Phyiotherapy is a very popular and highly sought-after profession worldwide. Physiotherapists can work in prevention, health care and rehabilitation fields. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS Submitted online application, Secondary school certificate, a proficiency in English demonstrated at the entrance examination or proved with a language examination certificate (B2 level or equivalent: TOEIC, TOEFL IBT, TOEFL PBT, TOEFL CBT, IELTS). SERVICES THE FACULTY PROVIDES FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS Our Faculty has two buildings in a quiet suburban area, close to the Liget park, the Sports Hall and other facilities of Szeged. The Library of the Faculty supports both students and staff in their academic life. One of the main goals of the Faculty is to support the students in all areas of their lives with several student services. For example, the Student Information and Consulting Office (HAITI) provides significant assistance in supporting students in their professional or private life.
