Talent Development (M.S.) will help you build organizational capability practices including the design, delivery, management, assessment of talent development initiatives uniquely suited to adults. This program is for professionals seeking roles in areas such as: talent development, human resources, learning and development, training and development, education, higher education, human performance, instructional design, organizational learning, consulting, or employee relations.

This program is designed specifically to fit the needs of the current work environment and to help professionals in the field, or those looking to transition into the field, to approach talent development with a lens toward building talent capabilities. Courses are grounded in research-based practices while providing students the opportunity to put theory into practice.”
Offered completely online, this program is designed for working professionals. With three semesters per year and two eight-week sessions each semester, there are six entry points for the program. USF designs course schedules three years in advance so that students with busy professional lives can plan their degree path, with the option to complete in as few as 12 months. The program features ten courses carefully selected to provide students with a fastpaced, comprehensive curriculum.
