During the conference, you will be staying at Roomzzz Manchester Victoria, 37 Hanging Ditch, Exchange Sq, Manchester M4 3TR. You can check in from 15:00 on Monday 19th May and must check out by 11:00 on Thursday 22nd May.
You can either take a taxi or the train to get from Manchester Airport to Roomzzz Manchester Victoria.
Taxis are located outside of all airport terminals.
To take the train, walk to the airport train station and board a train to Manchester Victoria station. The hotel is around a 5 minute walk from Manchester Victoria station.
If you are travelling from any other part of the UK, we would suggest taking the train to either Manchester Piccadilly or Manchester Victoria train stations. From here you can either take a taxi or walk to Roomzzz Manchester Victoria.
There is a taxi rank located at the back of Manchester Piccadilly station.
Walking from Manchester Piccadilly will take approximately 30 minutes.
If you arrive at Manchester Victoria, Roomzzz Manchester Victoria is only a 5 minute walk away.

Lunch and dinner for each day of the conference will be provided by the University. If you haven’t informed us of your dietary requirements yet, please contact a member of the International Recruitment team.
May in the UK is generally warm with average temperatures of between 9°C and 15°C, however, rain is very common. Most events will be held indoors but there will be some travel outdoors on foot throughout the week. We suggest bringing a waterproof layer, sufficient warm clothing and suitable footwear.
Ahead of your arrival, we recommend downloading the SafeZone app . The University uses this app to allow all visitors to campus access to emergency or urgent assistance, first aid as well as the ability to report emergency incidents and concerns.
