FBA EXECUTIVE MASTER IN FASHION BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION Executive Fashion MBA MBA classes, taught by professors from the University of Navarra and IESE Business School, through the analysis of the case study.

CASE METHOD PHASE 1. Personal study

The analysis of the situation and the personal reflection on the possible alternatives of action, help the student to reflect on what, how and why of any business decision.

Teamwork fulfills a double function. On one hand, obtain the best academic and personal use of the Master. Through teamwork the students put their reflections in common in order to enrich the discussion, with different approaches according to the personal experience that each one contributes. This allows them to discover new criteria to face problems and make decisions.

The general sessions are directed by the teacher of each subject, who guides the discussion with a methodological premise. At the same time introduces theoretical concepts and tools that complete the student’s learning.


BUSINESS CONSULTING PROJECT The students develop a consulting project for a company in the fashion sector. In the end, the projects are presented to a board of professors and managing directors.


BUSINESS PLAN Every team develop a business plan supervised by the General Director of Entrepreneurship of the University of Navarra and fashion business executives. This projects allows the students to reflect on the possibility of being an entrepreneur, acquire the knowledge and spirit to create a company, think creatively and solve problems in unstructured situations.

MENTORING PROGRAMME: ONE2ONE The One2One Program is a personalized mentorship program that focuses on planning the students’ professional transition during their academic study at ISEM Fashion Business School. The program is aimed at students that come from other working sectors and have decided to change careers and jump into the fashion industry; but it’s also offered to students who already work in the sector, and want to further elevate their careers within the industry.


GRANTS & SCHOLARSHIPS 1. Aid from ISEM Fashion Business School chairs: Students admitted to the Executive Master in Fashion Business Administration can apply for grants granted by companies that collaborate with ISEM. These grants may only be granted to those candidates who do not have another type of scholarship or assistance from their company or other institution and will always partially cover the tuition fee. 2. Call for Scholarships Universidad de Navarra – Grupo Santander. Two 20% discount scholarships are granted to Spanish, European and Latin American students. Not cumulative with other discounts.
