What an honor it has been to work along side, The Miss United States, Tiffany Rae and our outstanding media coach, Cindy Christi to produce The United States Crown magazine! They are simply two of the most gentle and talented souls I am so grateful for everything I have learned from both of them and blessed to call them friends.
It is my wish that this magazine not only shows how stunning my National United States sister queens are but also that their beautiful hearts are truly captured
My platform, A Work of Heart, has allowed me to use my creativity and artistic abilities to benefit Children’s Hospital. I have also had the opportunity to use these gifts to create The United States Crown magazine So, in turn, for me, producing this magazine has also been A Work of Heart
Thank you, Miss Junior Teen United States-2020
Graceson PughThank you to the United States National Pageant for allowing me to expand my creativity and be part of this exciting project It has been so rewarding to learn new skills and work alongside two of the most amazing people, Graceson Pugh and Cindy Christi, to produce the first United States Crown Magazine

Thank you for allowing me to fulfill my passions and work toward educating others on the importance of volunteerism and mentorship I wish for this magazine to serve as a physical representation of the selfless, hardworking, and determined group of queens and their abilities I will forever look back on this magazine and remember the unforgettable experiences located within it

What is it like competing in a major national pageant?
Even with all of last year’s challenges, the United States National Pageant staff put on a first class event. It was fun, exciting, well organized, and, most of all, safe. Anytime you are competing in a large system, you can expect a jam packed schedule, so my biggest piece of advice is to be super organized. I also tend to memorize the schedule to ensure I always know where I need to be and when. But also, always take time to ground yourself and stay in the moment
For me personally, I have always been active in my community, volunteering wherever there was a need I knew in my heart that was what I wanted to do, inspire others to do the same in their communities My advice is to really think about what is important to you, what drives you, and what has personal meaning to you

Let’s talk about having the most confidence in your evening gown!
Choosing an evening gown has always been a struggle for me. It seemed like I was always told about so many unwritten rules as far as gowns go for younger divisions. Or that what I liked wasn't in style. What I've learned is that evening gown is so much more than that It's a time to shine and show your inner and outer beauty on the stage. To do the that the most important rule to follow is to get a gown that you absolutely love and feel confident in
Her horses are her very best friends!
When Tiarah was 10 years old She was 7th in the Nation for power tumbling.
She was on the show toddlers and Tiaras when She was little Tiarah could do a back flip when She was 3 years old
Her dad chose to name her Tiarah and he didn't know anything about pageants.
One of the national judges told Tiarah a joke during interview that She still doesn’t get the punch line to. Her favorite pageant theme wear she’sever done is Teenage mutant ninja turtles.
She was only 3 months old when She was in my first pageant.
Tiarah was a flower girl for the 2010 Miss WV United States when she was 4 years old.
She’s only competed with her hair all natural at one pageant and it was at Nationals last year

Professional Photos!
In any pageant system you will be asked to provide a headshot for either the program book, announcements on social media,or for the photogenic portion of the pageant Investing in headshots that capture your personality, individual look, compliment your features, and are age appropriate are all a must in the pageant world!
When you win a title in a pageant no matter the level or system, it’s pretty exciting! But I will say it’s important to remind yourself that others are looking up to you watching to see how you take on that title and it is so important that they see you be humble and grateful I personally feel like it’s part of the responsibility of holding a title. That you continue to be you. It’s an accomplishment and you should be proud but it’s possible to be proud with out it going to your head. Hopefully it will lead you on to many more accomplishments So remember it’s a “beauty pageant" but a humble human is a beautiful heart. “ She is beauty She is grace She is Miss United States ”

-always make eye contact with the judges -smile before and after you walk on stage or a interview room -show confidence, if you aren’t 100% there yet fake it until you make it!
Online bullying is not okay-
The reality about posting on social media and living a life on social media is that not everyone is going to like what you have to post or say Today I want to use talk about it Tuesday to talk about Online bullying/social media hate and share comments and my recent experiences with social media hate
I have started making tiktok videos everyday talking about being Miss Teen United States and answering my followers questions about pageants! I grew from 150 followers to my now 14 7k in little over a month and I was not expecting that at all! It was so crazy to me that so many people wanted to see what I posted! With that came the most hate I have ever gotten in my life My confidence went down, I was picking things out I didn’t like about myself, and I wanted to stop making any social media content. Luckily I have amazing followers on tiktok and amazing friends/family that helped me through this time This made me realize how easy it is to bully someone online and how much it must happen every single day The moral of my story and why I am sharing this today is because I want everyone to think twice about what they comment, post, share and how it will effect people!
