construction has begun on a multi-million pound project at the University of Nottingham which hopes to improve the student learning experience. The £50 million investment to create fo u r environmentallyfriendly buildings will see a £20m chemistry centre being constructed along with a £9m building at the Sutton Bonington Campus and a £19m library at the University Park. The unique
Centre of Excellence fo r Chemistry planned fo r the Jubilee campus will be carbon neutral and will provide a place fo r students to carry out research using the latest technologies. As part of the funding a new amenities building will be constructed at Sutton Bonington and will house a 500 seat dining hall, common rooms, and a staff lounge.
