preparing the questions and they will also be in charge of the rubric for the evaluation of students’ work. Final products will be uploaded to different sites or social networks and published on the blog. 2. Final transnational meeting. We were discussing about having the final transnational meeting in Brussels as Greece is no longer in the project. Some questions arise about accommodation, where to hold the meeting, who will be giving us the certificate of attendance etc, reasons why we decide to call the National Agency in order to ask them for possible solutions. 3. Warming up activities. We have been doing the warming up activities during September, October and November. There is an entry on the blog about it. They are about “Introductions”, “leaflets about the project” and “leaflets” about our countries or cities”. We are also sharing students’ emails so that they can start getting to know each other. 4. Logo contest We have been preparing this contest in each country and in order to pick the winner we decided to upload the local winners’ logos to Facebook so that students could vote for it. We created an album on Facebook called Logo contest with the three different images. The deadline for voting will be on 4th December at 12.00 PM and there will be a prize for the winner. 5. Methodology. -Use of ICT (Web 2.0 tools, social networks and e-Twinning) First of all, we talked about the blog and we went through it having a look at the different tabs and sites to upload students’ works. We will have a “Creative Common License” and we all agreed that works must be original and creative. Music and pictures will be free copyright and we will always cite sources, recognizing authorship. We were discussing about the use of all the social media we said we were going to use. In the end, we decided to distribute it as follows: Rumania: Blog, wiki and Facebook Page 2 of 4

Poland: Blog, e-Twinning and Instagram Spain: Blog, Facebook, and Twitter As for the wiki, we decided to create one for the whole project with three different pages for each country. Romania is going to be responsible for the main wiki and the partners countries for their own one. -Teams We were talking about both students and teachers teams. Students will be working in cooperative groups of four, five students maximum and they will be a representation of the class group, like a “micro-group” within the whole class. These criteria will be the same for national and international teams. About teacher teams there will five: Team 1: responsible for Blog and social networks. Team 2: Budget management. Team 3: Activities and their implementation in class. Team 4: e-Twinning platform and dissemination. 6. Budget We were discussing about budget, how we are going to do it and we decided to prepare all the activities to do in every country and say about them to the other partners in advance to share expenditures. We were also talking about the problems we have for not having money for the individual support. 7. Evaluation There will be a formative evaluation and permanent feedback throughout the project. We will have objective indicators and qualitative indicators. Number of activities, rubrics for evaluating the quality of students’ works, comments lefts by teacher and students on the blog, number of followers etc. It will be also important to bear in mind effort, participation and commitment. There will also a survey for project assessment. Romanian partners will be in charge of preparing it. 8.Dissemination We were talking about different options to disseminate the project; different activities and events to make it visible and spread the process and results. Several ideas were given, such as going to different schools to talk about the project, presenting it to other groups at the same school, writing an article to be sent to the local newspapers, going to different places in the city center with stands and show people the leaflets, talks in collaboration with different institutions and NGOs, exhibitions, meeting with parents etc. We were discussing about the t-shirts and it was decided that Spanish partners will be responsible for the design and will send it to the other partners. It will be for January. For September we will have the calendar with pictures of workshops etc. Also, Spanish partners will make a video about the workshops in every country; they will be published on the blog, Facebook and different sites created specifically for the project. The meeting was adjourned at 2.00 PM on 24th November, 2017
