Through specialized training with faculty mentors and ample performance experience, you will develop your technical and artistic skills. At UNCSA, you will have access to an impressive range of performing and recording spaces, including three performance halls equipped with state-of-the-art livestreaming and recording capabilities, a 4,000-square-foot scoring stage large enough to accommodate a 100-piece symphony orchestra, and the specialized Semans Arts and Administration Building (SAAB) studio. The SAAB studio is a modern creative workspace and adjacent live room with the latest hardware, microphones, industry-standard digital audio workspaces and Dante technology that provides students with a professional recording studio experience.
